The SaaS Business Development role is an Managerial-level position that reports directly to TSL’s founder. This is a ‘hunter’ role focusing on building and growing our SaaS solution business.
We are now at the stage where we are rapidly expanding across South-East Asia and are looking for the right talent to be part of this journey. Prior experience in SaaS business development is essential.

We’re looking for a high-energy hunter + account growth operator to drive revenue and customer success across our HRMS platform and workforce analytics product.
This is a full-cycle, high-impact SaaS role where you will own everything from new business acquisition → deal closure → account expansion → customer success, while also shaping product direction through real client insights.
