About TSL

At TSL Media Group, you will not just be joining a team – you will be joining a community of creatives & professionals who are committed to making a difference in the digital media landscape. 

We offer internships all year round across various departments and content pillars. If you are available for a minimum of 20 weeks and have an interest in pursuing a career in the media industry, TSL is where you’ll get to learn first-hand from a leading new media publisher in Singapore. You don’t have to be super experienced, but you must show potential as these are competitive positions.


Internship Cycles

We have 4 major internship cycles. 

  • January to June
  • July to December 
  • (Off-cycle) March to August 
  • (Off-cycle) September to February


Our Departments

Be part of our Operations' team and support the backbone of TSL. Departments include:

  • Tech
  • Human Resources
  • Finance
  • CEO Office

The Tech team manages and maintains our IT infrastructure from network security to software applications and user support. As an intern, you will work with the team to provide Tech support to employees, including troubleshooting software and hardware equipment needs. 

The CEO office team offers two internship roles: Group Strategy Analyst and Project Management assistants. As in intern, you will mainly tackle critical special projects and provides strategic support for our various initiatives. This includes conducting market studies and competitor research, identifying potential business model and preparation of campaign briefs, proposals, presentations and event coordination. 

Our Business Development team is responsible for expanding our client base and maintaining relationships with them! 

As in intern, you will be assisting in campaign ideation, content planning and execution, and sourcing for prospective potential brands. 

Our Client Services team plays a key role in supporting our various marketing and sales initiatives. From market research to vendor management, the team is a collaborative function and helps optimise performance for the company. 

As an intern, you will primarily be overseeing the development and executive of campaigns while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This includes compiling data and conducting market research to better support your campaign strategies. 

Our Project Management team plays a pivotal role in ensuring and maintaining our company's success. 

As an intern, you will be managing our campaigns and proposals in collaboration with our other functions. 

Our Creative team is responsible for creating and shooting different types of photography and videography content for our various platforms! As an intern, you will be supporting your team leads in content creation.

Our Editorial team manages and ensures the quality of our articles for our different brands. As an intern, you will primarily be gathering information and research before ideating and pitching them to our editors. Get to write different types of content such as perspectives, listicles and news posts.

Our Social Media team takes charge of the content posted on our various social media platforms. As an intern, you will primarily be strategising and taking charge of the content to be posted. 

Available Content Pillars: ZULA, Eatbook, MustShareNews, Uchify. Do indicate your preferred content pillar submitting your application.

Our Video team produces all of our videos across our different platforms! They are in charge of the content you see on our Youtube channels. As an intern, you will be involved in all stages of video production, from pre-production to filming and post-production editing. You also get the opportunity to ideate concepts for selected channels!

Our ThinkTank team is the brain behind our content - their work can be seen by over 3 million Singaporeans every month across media platforms such as broadcast television!


As an intern, you will be developing, conceptualising and creating content ideas for our publications.

Although it was a short stint, i cant believe my journey as the 'only HR intern' is ending 🥹 

During my time with TSL, my team has been nothing but supportive and open to help me whenever I need to. Really thankful for everybody adopting me and Nat for trusting me,  giving me the opportunity for such a huge project. I have no article, no video, or campaign to my name, but I certainly set up the system for them and left my mark  🫶🫶

Social Makers Intern convert to Full Time

I can’t believe how quickly my first full-time role is starting right after completing my internship!


During my time at X10, my team has been incredibly supportive throughout the journey, and together, we’ve accomplished a lot. I’ve gained invaluable experience and am grateful to the team for giving me the opportunity to contribute to various projects.


Now, I’m excited to officially join the team as a full-time member. I look forward to achieving even greater things with the team in the future!

We occasionally have off-cycle internships. Applications for them open in:

  • January - For internships from March to August 
  • June - For internships from September to February

We welcome all students, fresh graduates and those seeking a mid-career switch. All of our internship positions require a full-time commitment of a minimum period of 6 months.

Do not fret if you have no experience in the various areas of our job postings. We accept people from all walks of life. Your education background can be an advantage, but it is not our main criteria of requirement. As long as you show potential, you're exactly what we are looking for. 

Yes! All working employees regardless of full-time, contract or internships will be paid accordingly. 

Are there opportunities for me to convert to a permanent position?

Yes! Opportunities for conversion to a permanent position are possible based on your performance and vacancies.
