Strategist (Senior/Executive)

About the role:

This position will be based in our Singapore office located in Kallang Bahru.

We are seeking someone with a strategic and creative mindset to develop compelling campaign proposals that align with client objectives.

You will be responsible for developing insights-driven campaign strategies and designing impactful, measurable, integrated campaigns that drive business growth and engage our audience.


What you will do:

  • Develop full-fledged campaign proposals that align with the client’s overall strategy and objectives
  • Ensure proposals produced are of the highest quality and in line with company standards
  • You will help clients to analyze their business landscape and challenges to observe and recognise patterns that identify trends and inform key insights
  • Build strong relationships with key clients while deepening their knowledge of interactive marketing
  • Develop forward-thinking strategic POVs on emerging trends and platforms
  • Identify proactive moments or ideas that a brand can opportunistically activate on
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account management, media planning and buying, and project management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
  • Use data and insights to inform campaign strategy, ideas and plans including performance optimisation 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices
  • Participate in new business pitches

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 2-3 years (executive) or 5-7 years (senior) of planning experience in an agency environment and/or working with developing insights, leading cultural trends, and driving big ideas for integrated campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Strong experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media strategy and integrated communications
  • Is naturally curious and loves to explore and nurture intellect
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch ideas to clients
  • Articulate and concise with the written word. You are able to make ideas come to life even when limited to just words. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize campaign strategy
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
