About the role:
This position will be based in our Singapore office located in Kallang Bahru.
We are seeking someone to lead the management and growth of ZULA’s social media presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
You will be involved in handling social media enquiries, managing casting calls, and serving as the project manager for social media-related initiatives.
What you will do:
- Oversee the running of ZULA’s social media accounts (IG & TikTok)
- Planning the content strategy, QCing the content, executing certain content, fulfilling ad-hoc requests from management and sales team and so on
- Filming & editing video content for IG and Tiktok when needed
- Work closely with the creative team and come up with viral content based on trends
- To constantly find ways to improve the content to get more shares, attract more viewers and followers
- Be the point of contact to respond to all enquiries relating to social media (especially casting calls)
- Act as a project manager for social media-related projects
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in social media strategy and management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Able to produce, create and edit short-form content with tools such as CapCut or Adobe
- Good understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with a great sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Proven track record of driving audience engagement and growth on social media platforms
