We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to join our team, responsible for managing our existing Telegram channels in Singapore and driving expansion into Malaysia. You will primarily assist the team in curating content and developing strategies to enhance our channels.
Applicants must have experience with the platform, as well as proficiency in Canva for content creation.
What you will do:
- Develop and curate content that resonates with our community and adds value to our channels
- Devise strategies to grow our existing Singapore channels while expanding our presence in Malaysia
- Assist in managing the Telegram channels and enhancing engagement quality across all channels
- Involves curating and posting content, responding to inquiries, and designing and editing visual assets to support marketing efforts
- Monitor Telegram analytics and generate reports to assess the content effectiveness and campaigns performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery and communication
- Stay updated on Telegram trends and best practices to enhance the platform’s reach and performance
A successful candidate should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation or similar roles
- Degree in Marketing / Media / Communications
- Familiarity with Telegram platform and its functionalities
- Interest in Instagram / TikTok / Lemon8 / XiaoHongShu is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Canva for editing tasks, familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Ability to come up with marketing ideas/strategy for followers growth
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Great teamwork and proactive attitude toward learning and improving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle client enquiries
- Basic understanding and keenness in social media analytics and metrics
