About your role:
This position will be based in our Singapore office located in Kallang Bahru.
We have a Production Lead position to fill. This role will specifically focus on commercial productions for our clients, and also large scale projects video productions under TSL.
As a Production Lead for Custom Productions, you’ll lead the end-to-end production of custom content for various clients, ensuring flawless execution from concept to post-production. This role combines creativity with strategic planning to deliver high-quality, engaging custom content that aligns with client goals and brand standards.
What you will do:
Production Execution
- Lead and manage the end-to end production process of custom content, overseeing pre-production, filming, and post-production phases.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Supervise a team of producers, editors, and freelance creatives, ensuring clear direction and quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensure that all content meets brand guidelines, client objectives, and platform-specific requirements.
Creative & Strategic Development
- Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to brainstorm and conceptualize impactful custom content.
- Provide creative input on storytelling, visual aesthetics, and innovative production techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging media formats to continuously refine production strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary production liaison for clients, translating their goals into actionable creative solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, obtaining approvals, and addressing feedback throughout production.
- Present production plans, concepts, and post-campaign insights to both internal teams and clients.
Budget & Resource Optimization
- Oversee project budgets, negotiating with vendors, talent, and production partners to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Handle contracts, licensing, and ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.
- Streamline workflows and resource allocation to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards.
A successful candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience of managing video teams and communicating with clients on projects
- Experienced in working with both internal and external teams
- Skilled communicator and has experience in facing clients and leading meetings
- In-depth knowledge of custom production processes
- Skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting
- Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven
- Meticulous in their work with high standards of excellence
