About the role:
We are seeking someone who can manage resource allocation, project timelines, and team tasks while assisting in production logistics and liaising with internal/external parties.
The role also involves organising digital files, ensuring backups, and supporting campaign execution.
You should have the ability to commit to a minimum of 24-week (6 months) internship.
What you will do:
Resource and capacity management
- Allocate resources to projects (client and organic)
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and that all team members are aware of their deliverables and deadlines
Production management
- Assist in planning the production logistics for team members and projects
- Assist in producing for campaigns and work alongside team members for the successful execution and completion of projects
- Key liaison for external and internal parties including sourcing for vendors, scouting for locations, talent sourcing etc.
File management and documentation
- Organise and maintain digital folders and files in a neat and orderly manner
- Ensure backups are run to schedule and keep tabs on backup logs
The successful candidate should have:
- Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/ Degree in Communications/ Media/ Film Studies or equivalent.
- Strong passion for film, video, or media production and operation.
- Basic proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a must.
- Basic knowledge of Production Equipment and Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cameras) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
- Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.
