Creative Executive (TSL Media Group)

About your role:

We are seeking a self-motivated and talented Creative Executive with a strong background in videography, photography, and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the creative aspects of projects, with a particular focus on visual storytelling and content production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your strong ideation abilities will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative strategies that captivate audiences and enhance brand presence.


What you will do:

  • Videography and Photography
      • Shoot and edit short form videos/photographs for TSL Media Group, including but not limited to TSL, Eatbook, MustShareNews etc. 
      • Apply creative techniques and critical thinking to deliver engaging, on-brand videos.
      • Stay updated on current trends and incorporate them into content production.
      • Develop well-thought-out content outlines that are engaging and meet client objectives.


  • Content Adherence & Campaign Management
      • Ensure all videos meet the branding specifications and guidelines of the Creative team and the company.
      • Develop well-thought-out content outlines that are engaging and meet client objectives
      • Take full ownership to handle client and organic campaigns from start to end, working closely with project managers and content strategists

  • Ideation 
      • Stay updated on the current social media landscape, including trending topics and the types of content that perform best on different platforms.
      • Independently generate fresh, creative content ideas and segments that are on-brand and have viral potential.
      • Ideate for both advertorial and organic content across all platforms, including experimental and new content formats.
      • Conduct thorough research and curate factual, relevant information to support the content creation process.

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience with a strong portfolio
  • Well-versed in both photography and videography from pre to post-production
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
  • Creative thinker with a good understanding of digital content, the social media landscape and trending topics and able to translate that into content ideas
  • Team player and independent to a work environment that is fast-paced
  • Strong communication skills and able to keep everyone on the same page and run things smoothly
