About the role:
This position will be based in our Singapore office located in Kallang Bahru.
We are seeking someone with a media background who enjoys both the creative and logistical aspects of casting and talent management.
You will lead the sourcing and coordinating talents, and support ongoing KOL and campaign needs.

Casting Producer Duties:

Scheduling and Coordination
- Discovery: Coordinate calendars, call times, shoot dates, and deliverables across multiple projects which require assistance. This may involve sourcing for outside talents that met the briefs of our client projects.

Logistics: Monitor and manage talent availability to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Talent Management Duties:
- Talent Coordination
- Manage over 15 in-house KOLs, acting as the main liaison for all casting, collaborations, and day-to-day engagements.
- Oversee KOL scheduling, availability, and workload across concurrent projects to ensure efficient coordination.
- Maintain and regularly update a centralized talent database with profiles, availability, past performance, and rate cards.
- Support onboarding of new creators/KOLs, including collecting documentation and assets.
- Campaign Casting & Creative Alignment
- Strategically match talent to campaign briefs based on brand objectives, tone of voice, target audience, and content style.
- Collaborate closely with producers and creative teams during brainstorm sessions and on-set shoots to ensure casting aligns with creative direction.
- Ensure all casting decisions reflect client expectations and align with broader campaign and content goals.
- Attend shoots as needed to support talent and ensure casting quality control.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle all casting-related administration, including contracts, release forms, talent usage rights, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking related to talent deliverables.
- Assist with ad hoc talent-related initiatives, events, or special projects as needed.
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 1-2 years of talent coordination, casting, or related roles within media, production, or digital content environments.
- Strong understanding of the casting process, talent sourcing, and production timelines.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with talent, agents, managers, and internal teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
- Keen eye for talent and casting suitability based on project briefs.
- Familiarity with influencer, creator, or on-screen talent management is a plus.
