About the role:
We are looking for proven sales performers who are goal-oriented and passionate about the media and influencer marketing industry.
This is a role for someone who is a hunter and hungry for new business success. We are also looking for individual to maintain relationships with our existing clients as we continue to grow.
What you will do:
- Manage the entirety of sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiating, closing to renewals
- Identify Potential Leads: Research and pinpoint potential clients by analyzing industry trends, attending networking events, leveraging social media, and using lead generation tools.
- Develop Outreach Strategies: Create tailored outreach plans to engage with prospective clients through emails, calls, or social media.
- Schedule Pitches: Coordinate and set up meetings or presentations with potential clients.
- Timely Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to address any additional questions, provide requested information, and keep the relationship warm.
- Negotiate Deals: Engage in negotiations to finalize terms, address concerns, and secure contracts.
- Achieve Revenue Goals: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, adjusting tactics as needed based on performance and market conditions.
- Create Compelling Decks: Design and develop visually appealing and informative presentation decks that effectively communicate your value proposition, solutions, and benefits to potential clients.

The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development in a social media agency or creative agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, benchmarks and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts and strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimise campaign strategy
- Passionate about pop culture, trends, content, KOLs, social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
