About the role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our Production Team.

Our Production team focuses on Microfilm (@microsbytsl). You will gain hands-on experience in video editing, post-production workflows, and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate is passionate, meticulous, and eager to contribute to producing engaging, high-quality visual content.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.


What you will do:

Video Editing (70%) 

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
  • Apply transitions, effects, and color grading to enhance storytelling.
  • Synchronize audio and video elements for seamless integration.


Production (30%) 

  • Ideate and pitch innovative, creative ideas - effectively communicating the potential impact and value they can bring
  • Take charge of the organic content strategy for video publications under TSL media group, tailoring approaches for different platforms
  • Involve in all filming 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Media/Film Studies or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
  • Highly creative, meticulous, and with a good eye for content/trending topics.
  • Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.
