About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support regional hiring across ASEAN. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring for creative, media, and corporate functions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a timely and strategic manner.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Indonesia’s hiring landscape, familiarity with regional job boards across ASEAN, and the confidence to operate independently in a remote setup.
What you will do:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for creative, media, and corporate roles across ASEAN markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each market and function.
- Conduct structured screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding coordination.
Regional Sourcing & Market Expertise
- Leverage job boards across ASEAN to build and maintain strong talent pipelines within Indonesia’s creative/media ecosystem.
- Conduct market mapping and provide hiring insights (salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor landscape).
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on market realities and hiring strategies.
- Ensure recruitment processes are structured, efficient, and aligned with business timelines.
- Maintain disciplined documentation in ATS.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate).
Compliance & Employment Law Awareness
- Demonstrate working knowledge of ASEAN employment laws, especially Indonesia labour regulations.
- Ensure hiring practices are compliant with local employment laws and fair hiring guidelines.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring implications related to contract types, probation, notice periods, and statutory requirements.
The successful candidate should have:
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Management/Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of regional Talent Acquisition experience across ASEAN.
- Strong familiarity with Indonesia’s hiring landscape, particularly in creative/media and corporate roles.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with multiple ASEAN job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of ASEAN employment laws and hiring compliance considerations.
- Strong written and spoken command of English (mandatory for regional stakeholder engagement).
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment.
