Senior Creative Executive

About the role:

We are seeking someone who is passionate about food content and capable of conceptualising and producing engaging video and photo content for Eatbook’s digital platforms. This individual will translate food trends and audience insights into creative ideas, lead shoots, and create high-quality, platform-optimised content for social media. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior creatives to maintain strong creative and storytelling standards.


What you will do:

  • Content Ideation & Creative Development
    • Conceptualise and develop engaging food-related video and photo content for Eatbook’s digital platforms
    • Translate food trends, audience insights, and platform behaviours into creative, shareable content ideas
    • Contribute to content planning and brainstorming sessions to continuously evolve Eatbook’s creative direction
  • Video Production & Content Creation
    • Lead and execute shoots for food photography and video content across social media platforms
    • Direct talent, frame shots, and capture high-quality content that aligns with Eatbook’s storytelling style
    • Edit videos and photos to create engaging, platform-optimised content for social distribution
  • Creative Quality & Content Performance
    • Ensure all content produced meets Eatbook’s quality, storytelling, and visual standards
    • Work closely with the social media team to align creative output with content strategy and audience engagement goals
    • Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future content formats and storytelling approaches
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Guide and mentor junior creatives and interns on production techniques, editing workflows, and creative storytelling
    • Provide constructive feedback to maintain strong creative standards across the team
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, producers, and social media managers to deliver integrated content campaigns
  • Operational Support
    • Support logistical aspects of shoots including equipment preparation and on-location filming when necessary
    • Contribute to creative initiatives and special projects as required in a fast-paced digital media environment

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in video production, digital content creation, or creative roles within media, social media, or lifestyle platforms
  • Background in Media, Communications, Film, or related disciplines is advantageous
  • Passion for food culture and the F&B scene in Singapore
  • Strong ability to shoot and edit engaging video and photo content
  • Proficient in graphic design for social media and digital content creation
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom (or equivalent editing tools)
  • Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling and social media content formats
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends and best practices
  • Ability to translate insights and audience behaviour into compelling content ideas
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives
  • Experience with social media copywriting is a plus
