About the role:
We are seeking a Partnerships Development Executive who will work closely with the Management Team and receive constant guidance across the term.
This unique opportunity will allow you to be exposed to the workings of the largest new media business in Singapore and help drive real and impactful decisions that will define the company's path forward.
What you will do:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive TSL Academy’s sales responsibilities, revenue achievements, and overall commercial success.
Generate new business leads through cold emailing, cold calling, and active networking to expand the client base.
Develop solution-selling strategies and craft bespoke TSL Academy packages and campaign proposals to onboard new clients.
Deploy suitable strategies effectively at each stage of the sales process to progress prospects toward a close or renewal.
Grow and develop client relationships for TSL Academy to secure contract renewals, scale up the business, and increase revenue streams.
Partnerships & Strategic Development
- Drive partnerships for TSL Media Group while maintaining excellent, long-standing relationships with existing partners.
- Secure barter partnerships and ensure the precise tracking of contracts to assist the Finance team with audits.
- Support the development of the company's new businesses by conducting in-depth market studies, competitor research, and project management.
Operations & Management Support
Present, engage, and build positive, meaningful relationships with new contacts by being present at the forefront of networking opportunities.
Support the management team in ad-hoc projects, including office improvement projects, employee wellness programs, new business development, and CSR programs.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required to support changing business needs.
The successful candidate should have:
- Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Able to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
- Passion for new media, media, agency business
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva & GenAI tools
