About the role:

We are seeking an intern who is interested in a career in Human Resources and eager to gain practical experience in the field. 

This internship is an excellent opportunity to explore the field of HR and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful intern will work closely with our Head of Human Resources in various aspects of human resources, such as assisting recruiters in recruitment and onboarding, driving employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks and projects.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16-weeks (4 months) internship.


What you will do:

  • Talent Acquisition (TA) 
    • Maintain and update the Job Description (JD) library to ensure accuracy and completeness across all roles.
    • Liaise with HODs to collect and validate missing or outdated JDs.
    • Assist in onboarding preparation, including documentation, logistics coordination, orientation.
    • Support job posting activities on jobs board, school platforms, and talent community.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Draft and edit content for internal circulars. 
    • Curate, organise, and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Provide end-to-end event support, including vendor sourcing, onsite coordination, and post-event feedback collection
    • Maintain and manage milestone award catalogues; coordinate employee outreach for award selection
    • Outreach to MVP awardees.
  • HR Support
    • Research, source, and propose suitable gifts (e.g. farewell / maternity / welcome packs) for employees.
    • Provide general support on ad hoc HR operational tasks and projects as assigned.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Undergoing tertiary education in Business Management/Human Resources
  • Applicants with some HR experience will be an added advantage 
  • Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Independent and self-learner
  • Ability to commit for a minimum of 16-week internship (4 months)
