Digital Marketing Specialist (MY)

About the role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile individual who thrives at the intersection of marketing and client success. This role is designed for someone who can plan and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns while also nurturing client relationships, ensuring that our partners achieve success with our products and services.


Roughly 70% of your time will be focused on digital marketing initiatives such as executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, search engine optimisation strategies. The other 30% will be dedicated to customer success and relationship management.


What you will do:

Digital Marketing

  • Digital Campaigns
    • Propose and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization across various online channels and job portals.
    • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for better engagement and ROI.
    • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure deliverables meet marketing objectives.
    • Create compelling editorial and newsletter content for advertisers and partners, aligned with overall marketing and communication strategies.

  • Social Media Engagement
    • Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with audiences, and staying ahead of digital trends.
    • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • SEO & Content Optimization
    • Support SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and search rankings.
    • Identify opportunities for keyword optimization, link-building, and content improvements.
    • Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings
    • Staying informed about SEO best practices and recommend optimizations based on industry trends

  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
    • Contribute ideas for brand storytelling and promotional campaigns that drive visibility and conversions.

Customer Success

  • Client Onboarding & Retention
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and understanding of platform features.
    • Provide proactive support and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes with our products and campaigns.

  • Account Support & Relationship Management
    • Check in with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide performance updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to address client feedback, support inquiries and improve service delivery.

  • Performance Reporting & Insights
    • Prepare post-campaign reports for clients with actionable recommendations.
    • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to communicate performance insights and potential improvements.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  • Familiar with social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Passionate about digital marketing will be an advantage
