About the role:
When a brand signs with X10 Media, someone has to actually make the campaign happen. Briefs turn into creator shortlists, shortlists turn into contracts, content gets reviewed, deadlines get chased, and at the end someone has to explain to the client whether it worked.
You'll work alongside a Project Manager on live campaigns, taking on real pieces of that from early on.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 20-week internship.
What you will do:
-
Helping shape campaign concepts from client briefs. You'll be in the room where the thinking happens and contributing to it, not taking notes at the back.
-
Building creator shortlists and working out what each one is actually worth against the campaign KPIs.
- Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies based on client briefs,
ensuring alignment with campaign goals - Analyze performance data to provide insights and deliver regular reports and post-campaign analysis, comparing results against industry benchmarks with guidance.
- Assess influencer value based on campaign KPIs, negotiate competitive rates, and build strong relationships with influencers with guidance
- Be the support in ensuring processes are adhered to and quality standards are maintained from the aspects of influencer curation, content reviews, project management, and communication among various parties
The successful candidate should have:
- You're studying or have just finished a Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, business or something adjacent.
- You follow creators and social platforms closely enough to know what a good campaign looks like.
- You're the kind of person who notices when something has gone quiet and follows it up before it becomes a problem. Most of campaign management is this.
- You can hold a professional conversation with someone you're negotiating with, or you're willing to learn fast.
-
Able to commit to a minimum of 20-weeks (5 months) internship
What you will gain:
- Opportunity to set foot into the media industry through a leading, homegrown media company
- Live campaigns on your CV, with the client and the creators named and your specific part in them clear.
- Real experience of the full cycle, from brief to post-campaign report. Interns at bigger agencies often see one slice of this. Here you'll see the whole thing because the team is small enough that you have to.
- Creator relationships you build yourself, which stay useful long after the internship ends.
