About the role:
The Business Support Associate provides essential operational and administrative support to the Business Development team, ensuring smooth execution of proposals, documentation, and day-to-day business support activities. This role contributes to team efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness, enabling the team to focus on commercial growth and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with team members to maintain structured workflows, support proposals and business operations, and ensure high-quality outputs that reflect the company’s standards.
What you will do:
- Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals, IOs, and other client-facing documents.
- Responsible for outbound prospecting across multiple channels and securing a set number of qualified meetings per week.Assist in maintaining structured and process-driven workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and facilitate smooth handovers.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organised records of business support tasks, documents, and communications.
- Provide administrative support for initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and engagement.
- Contribute to process improvement discussions and implement best practices under supervision.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer experience, strengthen engagement, and drive retention growth.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, professional, and delivered on time to support client satisfaction.
- Providing guidance and onboarding support to interns within the team.
The successful candidate should have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business support, sales operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft simple presentations or reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint and Excel essential).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
